Socrates is part of Curivari’s Greek series. It is an homage to owner Andreas Throuvalas’s heritage. While most of the Curivari blends are all Nicaraguan tobaccos, the Socrates goes in a different direction using a Mexican San Andrés maduro wrapper with all Nicaraguan binder and filler. Since this cigar has the Mexican San Andres wrapper it has a spiciness and sweetness that balances with the Nicaraguan binders and fillers.
